1:1 Training

We offer 1:1 personal training that encompasses a tailored plan based on your goals and needs. If you have any limitations or injuries, this is the plan for you as we are able to modify and adjust in real time while also being able to provide the attention that a client needs during a session.

 

Plans also include access to Trainerize for access to online workout plans and communication with your trainer.

 

In addition, those that sign up for 5 sessions per week, also include access to a Grocery tour to help clients understand nutritional labels and how to shop for health conscious items.

 

Bi-weekly/Monthly costs are determined by how many sessions are needed per week. 

Semi-Private Training

We also offer semi-private personal training that you are pair up with a loved one or a friend, or even someone that you don't mind sharing the time with. Semi-private sessions are still personalized to the individual, with the exception that attention is split between two people during that session.

 

In addition, those that sign up for 5 sessions per week, also include access to a Grocery tour to help clients understand nutritional labels and how to shop for health conscious items.

Teen Training

We offer teen personal training that encompasses a tailored plan based on your child's goals and needs. Available for ages 13-17. 

We will focus on building confidence, teaching proper form, and promoting overall health and fitness. 

 

Bi-weekly/Monthly costs are determined by how many sessions are needed per week.

Group Training

 

 

​

We also offer personal training with a small group of 4-6 people. These exercises change every session and include body weight, HIIT style workouts, including weight/strength training mixed in. Training with smaller groups allows us to be able to focus on each individual in a more intimate setting to correct any form issues or any extra help someone by need. Exercises can be modified to meet the needs of each individual so that everyone is comfortable and to prevent any injuries.

 

Bi-weekly/Monthly costs are determined by how many sessions are needed per week.

Online Training Plans

We can also provide fitness training plans via Trainerize, for access to online workout plans and communication with your trainer.

​

Each plan is customized to the individual and can be adjusted at any time to accommodate the needs of the client. In additional each exercise includes videos that demonstrate proper form and execution. 

​

Online training plans also include direct contact with your trainer to ask any questions needed via the Trainerize app. 

​

Costs are charged on a monthly basis.

Nutrition Plans

We can provide nutritional plans to help take the guess work out of what to eat! This is tailored to your goals, eating habits and any dietary restrictions needed. Access to nutrition plans are provided via the Trainerize app.

Each nutrition plan is customized to the individual and can be adjusted at any time to accommodate the needs of the client.

​

Online Nutrition plans also include direct contact with your trainer to ask any questions needed via the Trainerize app.
