Hello! And Welcome Back to the next interesting discussion. This is one topic actually blew my mind! And in fact I didn't want to believe what I was told until I did further research, which also led too a few conversations with some very educated individuals. After the confused and slightly shocked emotion that came across me. I decided to share this with YOU! Are you READY? Yes! Ok good!


Did you know that the multivitamins that are in a tablet form are not being properly absorbed by the body! And only about 12% of that tablet that you take once a day is being utilized while that other 88% is being flushed down the toilet! Or that vita pack of 8 to 10 pills that becomes exhausting to keep up with after a while is not being absorbed properly as well. WHAT!!! No way! Yup! That's exactly how I felt when it was brought to my attention!


The most effective way to get your daily Multi into your system is in a powder or sublingual form. The powder or sublingual form is picked up by the receptor cells in the body at almost 100%. And hits your blood stream more efficiently allowing you to utilize all the proper nutrients your body deserves. Now keep in mind not just any powder multivitamin will do. Quality over Quantity. And I have been taking the tablet form for years myself through various good brands, so don't feel bad about your current multivitamin. Just research a good company you like and upgrade. And allow your well spent $$$ to give you what you paid for. Liquid multivitamins are ok as well. I'm currently using the multivitamin from Sports Formula
