Ok then try 25 mins a day for 5 days = 125 mins. Still too much? 20 mins a day for 6 days = 120 mins. So there you have it, just take the first step to committing to at least 120 mins of exercise or active activities once a week and your body will thank you!
In conclusion...
If you are consistent with living a sedentary life style, the more the body losses its certain functions over time. One of the things we all lose as we age is "muscle mass". Which comes into play with joint health and mobility. But if we condition ourselves and live active lives and are trying our best to stay consistent with our exercise for a minimum of 120 mins a week, we can age gracefully with less doctor appointments and less medications.
